I have decided to quit smoking. My dear friend Liisa, who's been asking me to quit, will keep an eye on me. And she will also be the one providing proof with a written document and signature. If I fail, then she will get a really nice dress for the New Year's party :) as she is the beneficiary! Wish me luck and send me coffee :P so I will survive.
Hi! I had a hard time quitting smoking as well. But when I started doing sports more often, I just did not find any interest in it anymore. I wish you all the luck and strength for this year - and no motivation to smoke next year :)
