I'm a beginner in Crossfit and I challenge myself to do a hero workout: Nate. It means I complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 2 muscle-ups + 4 handstand push-ups + 8 1.5/2-pood kettlebell (20kg) swings. If I complete at least 7 rounds in 20 minutes, then I win my challenge. Deadline is in one month and I'm being supervised by my Crossfit center coach.
