My motivation to go to gym has been very low lately. Maybe setting a goal and making it public, will help me. So I created myself a challenge: I will bench press 100kg before the end of April 2025. At the moment my personal best is about 70kg, so I will need to be regular gym goer, if I want to achieve my goal. Otherwise I will lose my bet! Follow me and give me at least thumbs up to show support. If I fail to meet my deadline, the bet is donated to the local Red Cross.
